Thank you to all of you who joined us at our North York fundraising concert with spectacular performances by NARIA and the Hwa-Eum trio. A special thanks to Markham Mayor Frank Scarpitti for joining us and saying a few words. His speech emphasized the importance of raising awareness about autism in our community and the impact we all have as volunteers, organizers and sponsors for this cause. Also, thank you to Daniel for sharing with us a glimpse of all the sensory sensitivities his son experiences and to help us understand the type of world that he sees around him.
